"Mosaic" original song by Jerapy (www.MusicJerapy.com) ISU Worlds clips #songwriter #figureskating ⛸️ These brave individuals put their hearts on the line at the ISU Worlds 2025 in Boston. It was absolutely breathtaking to watch all of these athletes showcase their art, passion, and mastery. The emotions were so deep and I saw such incredible acts of sportsmanship. To all the skaters and their teams who showed up last night to put on such an incredible performance from start to finish (giving me the chills just watching)... thank you and be well. As we celebrate the incredibly inspiring comeback of Alysa Liu who blew everyone away (apparently even herself) to win the competition ⛸️ let celebrate all of the skaters, as well, you all did an amazing job 👏 you are all appreciated and put on an amazing performance for everyone watching 🫡 the journey continues... As a sport psychologist, I am so grateful to have been invited to give a talk about mental health and resilience in elite athletics as part of the weekend's events for the ISU Worlds 25' Sometimes getting too fixated on chasing the idea of "perfect" gets in the way of fully being you and letting all that you have inside of you to come out naturally with confidence and grace. I wrote this song "Mosaic," playing in the background, as a calling for anyone who works tireless to chase the idea of perfect to begin to see themselves as a whole person... to see and appreciate all the different parts that make them who they are and ultimately to allow "parts of me, living in harmony." Appreciate yourself and each other along the journey of trying to be your best.
